In order to have clean, fresh water for drinking and cooking, it is necessary to filter the water. There are a number of different ways that this can be done. One way is through reverse osmosis filtration. Reverse Osmosis (RO) filters use a very fine membrane that blocks larger particles from passing through but allows molecules of contaminants or other pollutants on the other side to pass into this side’s water supply as well as allow purer water on the other side to pass out as filtered drinking water.
