Well of course Amazon had to get into the water picture filtration game. This is about as simple as a water pitcher that is CERTIFIED against NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53 for reduction of chlorine taste and odor, copper, mercury, and benzene.
Putting my feelings of the Mega A in the branded realm aside, because it uses components that have been certified for water filtration, this is a great entry-level water filter for those on a serious budget. And I can’t stress enough just how important clean, filtered water is for every aspect of life within our bodies! Take it from a two-time cancer survivor here!
#5 Best Runner Up – Frizzlife Water Filter Pitcher – $31.99
The Frizzlife water filter pitcher really caught my eye as I was writing this post. Its water filtration gets substances like chlorine, VOCs, fluoride, lead, and even cysts. It’s 100% BPA-free, LEAD-free, and fully recyclable.
Frizzlife is more known for its under sink and reverse osmosis water filtration systems.
What caught my eye about this water pitcher is the ability to adjust its filtration flow. Meaning how quickly it will filter water. Adjust it for quicker processing for less filtration or slow it down and get more filtration.
All components are removable making them much easier to clean.
